Contractor Support Representative

Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Salt Lake City, Utah

Job Summary:

Provide inbound and outbound telephone support for home improvement contractors as follows:

  • Explain processes and procedures of using our loan program.
  • Provide credit decisions and information regarding specific applicants.
  • Advise contractors of the next steps on particular applications.
  • Enter promotional codes and forward applications to other departments.
  • Send updates of contact names, phone numbers and fax numbers.
  • Resolve contractor invoice issues.
  • Refer or transfer contractors to appropriate sources.
  • Document conversations with contractors as well as actions taken.
  • Fax receipts.
  • Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

All inbound and outbound call responses are either scripted or you’ll have the responses already provided to you in advance. We will make sure you are trained, prepared and ready to work. All else that is needed to succeed is a friendly, helpful and most important of all, professional image.

Collections Representative

Overview:

The position will be responsible for all aspects associated with EnerBank’s daily collection process. This will include daily telephone communication with customers at all levels of delinquency as well as notice generation. Collections monthly bonus based on Collection team and personal goals being met.

The position reports to the Collections Manager.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contacts customers by telephone or other methods/means approved by the Bank for the purpose of resolving the delinquent status of accounts
  • Counsel customers to available payment options
  • Documenting outcomes and actions taken in Collection System notes
  • Processing customer payments via phone
  • Other duties as assigned


General Requirements:

  • Good customer service and collection skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under stressful conditions
  • Experience with typical collection software
  • MS Office experience including Word, Excel and Access
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast paced/changing environment
  • Goal oriented team player
  • Strong negotiating skills


Work Hours:


Full Time 40 hours per week. Collection hours to be determined and may change based on business needs. Some Saturday and evening shifts may be required.

Customer Service Specialist - Three Openings

Full Time Position

Salt Lake City, Utah

Position Overview:

The position reports to the Client Services Manager. This is an entry-level hourly position with the primary responsibility of providing telephone support to customers their account activity with EnerBank USA. Additionally, this position is responsible for many administrative tasks related to BancSource customer accounting. Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain focused are essential to success in this position. In this position, the employee will need to be proficient using several software applications including BancSource, Unifi, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook. On-the-job training will be provided, but the employee will need to become proficient utilizing these applications quickly.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Telephone support for customers – counsel customers regarding loan accounts
  • Document conversations with customers and actions taken
  • Prepare customer account histories, loan balances and payoffs
  • Process customer payments via phone
  • Process customer account maintenance requests
  • Post customer payments in Fiserv
  • Waive small balances and make approved adjustments to loan accounts in Fiserv
  • Process charge off accounts in Fiserv
  • Prepare NSF letters to customers
  • “Scrub” new accounts to update CRF in BancSource
  • Review and mail automated customer correspondence
  • Review and note accounts for customer correspondence as required
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned

General Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under stressful conditions
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Capable of working in a team environment
  • MS Office experience

Work Hours: The business hours are Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Saturdays 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sundays 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required in this position.
