12 Productivity Tips for Remodeling Contractors

#1: Schedule a day with no meetings.

#2: Prioritize your to-do list in order of importance and/or difficulty.

#7: Weekly review and monitoring.

#8: Hydrate.

This popular tip reoccured in many articles. One author even suggested that in addition to asking for an agenda, you should ask for time allocation for each agenda item. Then cut the allocation time in half. It will force the meeting participants to be succinct. -  Small Business Trends

 

#12: Make technology your friend.

This tip also appeared in many online articles. The use of brainstorming software, note-taking apps like Evernote, and automation software like Zapier or IFTTT will make you and your team more productive
