With ExpressSign, you’ll spend less time on loan paperwork and more on the real work. No Payment Authorization Form is needed, and the customer signs once — a process completed through the EnerBank app while you’re in the customer’s home closing the sale. This is not only convenient for homeowners, but it improves your close rates and reduces cancellations. ExpressSign saves time and reduces delays from the traditional loan closing process, letting you get to work sooner.
With EnerBank ExpressPayⓇ, you get the money when you need it and, depending on the program, up to five disbursements during the course of the job — helping you manage cash flow more efficiently and effectively. Because the customer signed the authorization through ExpressSign, funding projects is simple and virtually automatic.
In fact, you can receive up to 90% of the funds before the job is even finished! You can make funding requests through PartnerPortal’s desktop or mobile versions. Using ExpressSign, customers reply to these requests by text message or phone call to trigger the automated funding. If they don’t respond, EnerBank intervenes to check on the customer and provides the money in about one business day, so the project can keep moving without breaking stride. ExpressPay is a seamless experience that leads to faster deposits and fewer delays.
MaxApproval offers flexibility when it comes to the scope of a home improvement project for both you and the homeowner. This program creates a buffer to account for changes in project scope. If the customer makes changes, you don’t have to contact the bank to adjust the loan amount, especially once the job has started.
With MaxApproval, homeowners can be approved for a loan amount higher than the original estimate, which leaves room to upgrade to higher quality materials or expand project scope. For example, a customer might apply for $10,000, but they can be approved for a higher amount based on their credit, such as $15,000. MaxApproval gives the customer the option to increase the loan amount as desired without reapplying. This provides opportunities for you to upsell the customer while accommodating unanticipated changes in project scope.
With MaxApproval, you can use our embedded website buttons and banners to pre-bid qualify customers for loans during the sales process. MaxApproval drives conversion of better-qualified customers. When customers start the loan approval process, they know how much they qualify for and understand better what they can do with their money, even before the initial bid.
