EnerBank Is Hiring for Three Positions

EnerBank is currently hiring three full-time positions. The positions are:

Contractor Support Representative. This position will provide inbound and outbound telephone support for home improvement contractors. Areas of service include: resolving contractor invoice issues, advising contractors of the next steps on particular applications, explaining processes and procedures of using our loan programs and more.

Inbound Loan Processing Customer Service Representative. As an inbound customer service representative you’ll be responsible for accepting and processing our customer’s loan applications. Based on their information, you will then make a decision to approve or deny the application and then advising them on the status of their loan.

Lending Administrative Clerk. The Lending Administrative Clerk’s primary duty is to provide administrative support to the Lenders by performing tasks related to lending other than inputting applications and making decisions on those applications. This position reports to the Day Lending Manager.
